We have developed a variety of ways for businesses to support our work. You can sponsor an event, become an In-School Mentoring partner, or financially support a particular program or match. We can provide you with a comprehensive sponsorship package that outlines tangible benefits to your company (eg. media buys, on-site visibility, product sampling etc.) at a very reasonable cost. Our agency has a Top-of-Mind public awareness and a positive reputation for delivering quality service to children. By supporting our work, you will be seen as a company that contributes to the community in a meaningful way.
Our Adopt-a-Match Program will directly support the match of a Little Brother or Sister with their "Big". You can choose to support one, two, three or more matches through your monthly contribution. Or you can choose to make a one time donation to support Mentoring programs in general.
- Support one Match for $30 per month.
- Support Two Matches for $60 per month.
- Support Three Matches for $90 per month.
- Support Mentoring through a One-time Donation.

Some of the ways corporate supporters can contribute are listed below:
- Do you have tickets that your company can't use for sporting events, theatre or other special events? They are always gratefully received as we offer them to Bigs and Littles, so that they can enjoy an evening out together.
- Displaying Posters or brochures encouraging your employees to become Mentors.
- Donation of Proceeds from Office activities such as Dress Down Days and 50/50 Draws and more.
- Offer your Outdoor Signage, Reader Board or Display Board for Big Brothers Big Sisters awareness - For example September is Big Brother Big Sister Month and starting in February its our major fundraising effort, Bowl For Kids Sake!
- Contribute items to fundraising efforts like our Auction scheduled in the spring of each year.
- Put together a team for our Bowl For Kids Sake or Sponsorship of this, our largest fundraising event.
Display Posters & Materials. We have attractive and eye-catching posters that can be displayed in your common areas, lunch areas or gym. We are always in need of Big Brothers and Big Sisters for children on our waiting list. Posting information, offering paycheck inserts or brochures to your employees will help us to ensure that "Every Child that needs a Mentor, has a Mentor". This is our goal.
Donation of Proceeds from Dress Down Days, 50/50 Draws, Silent Auction of Obsolete Office Furniture or Equipment is a fun and easy way to contribute to the cause.
Reader Boards or Display Boards on your outdoor Pylon Signs go unused from time to time. Why not offer this valuable ad space to Big Brothers Big Sisters. For example "September is Big Brother Big Sister Awareness Month - Call 519-624-7655 for more info" or "Be a Big Brother, Be a Big Sister, Share A Little Magic!" or "Bowl For Kids Sake, In Support of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cambridge, Call 519-624-7655"Bowl For Kids Sake is our largest fundraising event of the year. This effort is supported on a National basis with all agencies across Canada getting in on the fun. This event takes place each year from February to April and beyond.
Our Annual On-Line Auction takes place in the spring of each year and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cambridge looks to local businesses for the donation of an auction item. Then, along with our skilled auctioneer, we invite the general public to bid and buy these items. All donors will have their name and auction item listed in local newspapers, and here on our website. Key auction items will be selected to appear on our poster, as well. This is an opportinity for local businesses to show their support of BBBS. We hope we can count you and your company among them.
